This four week challenge is designed to help you improve strength, mobility, and performance

Week 1

Building the Foundation

Kick off your journey by focusing on functional movements, balance, core stability, and proper form. This week sets the groundwork for long-term success, ensuring you have a solid base to build your strength and mobility for better performance on the course.

Week 3

Game-Ready Strength

In this week, you'll focus on building strength specifically designed for golf. By focusing on strength training and endurance, you’ll work on exercises that replicate the motion of your swing and enhance your ability to last through 18 holes with energy and control.

Week 2

Strength & Stability

Develop the strength and stability necessary to support your swing and overall athletic performance. Targeted exercises will help improve your muscle control and endurance, laying the foundation for more powerful and precise movements.

Week 4

Power & Performance

Cap off the challenge by integrating all the skills you’ve developed and incorporating power exercises. This week will focus on generating explosiveness and improving your overall performance on the course, with an emphasis on strength that translates to distance and control in your swing.
